Revenue asks for the claimant's name and address on every mileage line, and the normal place of work is what lets Vouch apply the lesser of rule when a trip starts from home.
Adding someone invites them to set up their own Vouch login at yourfirm on vouch.ie. Directors who want to claim set themselves up here too, with their own login.
If they change car during the year, update the engine size here. Their kilometres keep counting from the start of the year and the new rate applies from the change.

They add and change their own entries until you approve them. Once approved, an entry is locked with your name and the date on it, and it stays locked when you mark it paid.

Your business type is set by your accountant. It decides how each person claims, so leave it as they set it.
Set by your accountant. Everyone's kilometres count from 1 March, and the mileage bands step down through the year from that date.
What you pay a kilometre
Revenue's civil service rates are the most you can pay tax free. You can pay less. Type your own figure in cents. Anything above Revenue's rate is brought back down to it.
